Candidates must have at least 2 years of project management experience on complex buildings and must possess experience with Provincial and/or Federal projects, preferably DBFM or P3.

Overview

A Canadian Architecture Firm with a global presence is looking to bring an experienced project manager onto their team. This role is specifically within the justice studio. This is specifically a project management role, and will be focused on the business management of architectural projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the success of the project, measured by financial success, meeting completion milestones, and the satisfaction of the client, internal team, and other stakeholders involved in the project.

Eligibility

Only candidates who have experience working on Provincial and/or Federal buildings will be considered for this role. Must have experience with DBFM and/or P3 projects. Justice work preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as PROJECT MANAGER, on complex buildings. Must have experience managing project schedules, resourcing, contracts and financials


• Experience assembling and presenting reports to upper management and outside stakeholders


• 10+ years industry experience
