Must-Have Skills

• Ability to coach, mentor, and guide project managers and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Recognized Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Previous experience working in a Big 5 Canadian Bank or other large financial institutions.
• Degree/diploma in a related field of study.
• Knowledge of finance operations and systems.
