Our current portfolio of programs includes a wide spectrum of In‑Service‑Support activities in support of Department of National Defence fleets. L3Harris MAS is looking to hire a Program Management Specialist as a key member of the Program Management team with the mandate to deliver an exciting In‑Service Support program in a stimulating, dynamic environment conducive to continuous learning.
The Program Management team works collaboratively with the customer as an Integrated Project team to achieve the outcome of the program within a performance based contract framework.
You will be responsible for managing all phases of projects from inception to completion, driving execution to achieve key business and customer satisfaction objectives.
You will be responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of the projects including the participation in the negotiation of contract and contract changes, coordination of the preparation of proposals, business plans, performance Statement of Work (SOW) and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. You will also be acting as a key customer contact for projects’ activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
You will lead the IPT (Integrated Project Team) in the planning and execution of projects including the following areas of responsibilities:
