SSEN Transmissions Offshore Delivery Team is currently recruiting for a Delivery Project Manager to support the delivery of the Orkney 220kV Transmission Link - a critical infrastructure project enabling the connection of island-based renewable generation to the GB electricity grid.
This role will focus on managing the Onshore Cables Package within our AC team, forming a key part of the wider Orkney portfolio. Candidates with prior experience in HVAC and / or HVDC cable systems, particularly in onshore, offshore, or subsea environments, will be well-positioned for success in this role.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a technically complex and strategically important project, involving challenges such as landfall coordination, underground cable installation, and subsea cable deployment.

Onsite presence is expected during execution phases for 3 days every 2nd week, so a driving licence is required.
