Job summary

A leading performance apparel and wellness company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects related to security and risk management. The ideal candidate will possess over 3 years of experience in project management, strong communication skills, and proficiency in tools such as Excel and Power-Point. This role involves planning, managing, and reporting on project progress while collaborating with various stakeholders. Hybrid work is expected, with in-office attendance three times a week.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Project Management/industry work experience.
  • Experience in consultancy background and/or Finance or Audit is preferred.
  • Strong ability to create project plans for long and short term projects.
  • Proven aptitude in Risk Management processes.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting to executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Complete all project documentation based on PMO process.

Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager or Program Manager to join an industry leading performance apparel and wellness company within the Security & Risk space. The Project Manager works closely with internal business partners and third-party vendors to create and manage projects that solve internal business problems, security risks, among others business cases across the organization to uphold Global Security. This individual will be responsible for working closely with the team to identity, build and execute project programs effectively and efficiently. The project manager is organized, curious, great at facilitation and knows how to get the right people involved at any given time to solve problems. Daily responsibilities will include:

*Plan, manage, monitor, and close/handover to operations for large projects with complex scope, multiple work streams and interdependencies.

*Effectively manage and report on risks and mitigation, scope, budget and timelines

*Develop relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet timeline and business objectives.

*Ensure all project / program tasks are clearly understood, assigned and tracked.

*Complete all project documentation required based on the PMO process

*Engage in and communicate ideas for supporting the continuous improvement of PMO processes with a positive and constructive attitude and for developing this attitude in others

Skills and Requirements

*3+ years of Project Management/industry work experience

oExperience in consultancy background and/ or Finance or Audit is preferred

*Strong ability to identify problem and turn out tactical solution-oriented program

oAbility to create project plan for both long and short term projects

oCreative in applying Risk Management plan

oHigh level program plan for others to execute

*Excellent communication with the ability to present to executive stakeholders

*Expert with: Excel, Power-Point, Smartsheet

*Strong leadership, sound judgement, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

*Aptitude to learn and manage change

*Ability to successfully manage teams with competing priorities within deadlines in a complex and rapidly evolving organization *PMP and/ or Scrum certification

*Ability to go into office ~3 x weekly null
