Overview
We are seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager, Change & Transformation to support strategic transformation initiatives within our Operations teams. This role will focus on executing people-first change strategies, coaching leaders, enhancing engagement, and ensuring operational readiness for back-office automation and process change. The ideal candidate is not only experienced in change management frameworks but also skilled in listening, storytelling, and leading with empathy and influence—not authority.
Responsibilities
- Lead with Purpose : Collaborate with Operations leaders to integrate structured change management methodologies across all transformation projects.
- Coach for Impact : Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leadership, building their change capability and fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and service excellence.
- Drive Change Communication : Develop compelling messaging strategies to connect employees to the organization’s purpose and transformation journey through internal campaigns, leadership forums, and more.
- Translate Insights into Action : Use employee engagement survey results to co-develop initiatives that enhance team engagement and experience.
- Execute Change Plans : Design and implement change mitigation strategies that reduce disruption, accelerate adoption, and ensure successful outcomes.
- Workforce Planning & Organizational Design : Partner with leadership to align talent strategies with future-state operating models.
- Build Change Networks : Establish a network of cross-functional change agents to champion transformation efforts across the organization.
- Celebrate Success : Plan and deliver engagement events such as town halls, recognition programs, and milestones to sustain team morale and motivation.
Required Qualifications
- Experience : 5–7 years of relevant experience in transformation or project management—ideally in insurance or financial services.
- Framework Knowledge : Hands-on knowledge and application of change management frameworks, tools, and strategies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter).
- Required Soft Skills : Strong project and process management skills; able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams; skilled in developing change plans and executing across cross-functional teams; excellent written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills; comfortable advising and communicating with senior leadership; independent self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity; highly collaborative and emotionally intelligent; skilled in listening, influencing, and relationship-building; ability to inspire others and lead with empathy and clarity.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications : Change Management Professional Designation (e.g., Prosci) is a strong asset.
- Industry Experience : Experience with client or within a similar corporate environment is an advantage.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent practical experience in change leadership or transformation is highly valued.
