A multinational security and aerospace technology company based in Ottawa seeks an experienced Project Manager. The role involves delivering projects effectively, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring adherence to quality and budget. Ideal candidates will possess over 5 years of relevant project management experience in the defense or aerospace sector, along with strong communication and leadership skills.

Thales requires a Project Manager (PM) who will play an integral role, responsible for the delivery of the assigned project, its business rhythm and all associated governance aspects in order to ensure successful project execution. The role will demand an individual with highly developed communication and influencing skills and an equal depth of domain experience that can ensure Thales delivers the program to the schedule, cost and quality requirements and to the satisfaction of the customer.
The Project Manager will produce detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and regular status reports for the customer and Thales internal management. The PM will engage with various stakeholders within the Thales matrix organization and within the customer community on the project.

Type of Role: Hybrid (Home / Office) - flexibility to work from home, but expected to be in office as required to support the business.
Schedule: 40 hours per week
