Agropur is looking for a Project Management Specialist – Frozen to join its team in St-Hubert.

As a Project Management Specialist – Frozen , you will play a strategic role within our logistics team by directly contributing to the optimization of our processes and the success of key projects.

Your mission will be to lead initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and supporting the growth of our network. You will be involved in high-impact projects, ranging from process redesign to the implementation of innovative solutions.

What this role involves:

More specifically, as a Project Management Specialist – Frozen, your responsibilities include:

• Analyze and map logistics processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

• Design and implement solutions to improve quality, reduce costs, and increase productivity.

• Lead and support end-to-end logistics projects, including coordination of frozen product initiatives.

• Develop project plans (timelines, budgets), monitor progress, manage risks, and apply corrective actions.

• Create dashboards and reports to track performance indicators and project results.

• Collect and analyze operational data as part of improvement initiatives.

• Identify opportunities for vendor-managed inventory (VMI) and potential cost reductions.

• Collaborate on the selection and launch of new projects by involving relevant departments.

• Ensure interdepartmental communication and stakeholder management.

• Provide strategic and tactical support as the right-hand to the manager.

What you need to join our team:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, engineering, information technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in project management or process improvement.

• Additional certification in project management (PMP, CAPM, Agile/Scrum) is an asset.

• Demonstrated leadership in managing projects and strong ability to analyze and improve existing processes.

• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Visio, Miro, and Smartsheet, and comfortable with technology solutions to optimize processes.

• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written.
