Womennovator (Global Incubator for Women) is looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Head – Programs to lead and scale high‑impact initiatives focused on women’s entrepreneurship, community enablement, and market access. This role involves end‑to‑end ownership of program design, execution, and scaling, working closely with founders, corporates, government bodies, and ecosystem partners to drive sustainable impact.
Job Description: Plan and manage end‑to‑end program execution aligned with organisational goals. Design, structure, and scale replicable and impact‑driven programs. Coordinate with internal teams, partners, mentors, and stakeholders for timely delivery. Track program timelines, budgets, and reporting metrics. Monitor program progress and suggest strategic improvements. Lead partner communication and resolve operational challenges. Support and oversee incubation programs, workshops, accelerators, and flagship events. Drive community engagement initiatives, campaigns, and ecosystem partnerships (online and offline). Maintain structured program documentation and share regular updates with senior leadership. Collaborate with founders and senior management to translate vision into execution frameworks.
Qualifications & Experience: Master’s degree (Management, Social Sciences, Business, Communications, Public Policy, or related field). Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Understanding of startup, community, or social impact ecosystems. Proactive, organised, solution‑oriented mindset. Strong interest in women entrepreneurship and social impact initiatives.
