Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have experience in equipment installation, machinery upgrades, and facility expansions, preferably within the food or pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and execute capital projects related to equipment, machinery, and facility improvements.
  • Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Oversee design, procurement, installation, and commissioning phases.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Review technical drawings and design specifications to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Manage contractor activities, site work, and construction safety.
  • Track project performance and report on progress, costs, and risks.
  • Support continuous improvement and plant optimization initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or related discipline).
  • 2–3 years of experience in capital project engineering within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Experience in the food or pharmaceutical industry is highly .
  • Proven ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and contractor relationships.
  • Strong understanding of equipment design, plant layouts, and utility requirements.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
