We are currently seeking a Project Delivery Program Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Delivery Program Manager with a proven track record in infrastructure, SaaS, discovery, and upgrade project delivery. This role requires exceptional communication skills, as the candidate will serve as the primary onsite contact with the customer and a key liaison to the PDO team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT project management principles, processes, cost management, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage large-scale, high‑complexity global project teams.
  • Execute oversight support for projects, guiding cross‑functional teams.
  • Manage the Project Startup Assurance process and provide assistance throughout the project lifecycle, including initiation, risk assessment, execution, and review.
  • Perform Portfolio Lead and Project Manager Talent Pool maturity assessments.
  • Champion and implement project management standards and value both internally and externally.
  • Provide effective performance reporting to clients and company management.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans as needed.
  • Ensure project controls are in place to monitor performance.
  • Support sales and proposal activities with expertise in demand planning, cost estimation, FinOps, and risk management.
  • Coordinate sharing of leveraged resources among projects.
  • Lead process improvement task forces.
  • Mentor Portfolio Leads and Project Managers for quality improvements.
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in project management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience is required; a graduate degree is preferred.
  • Expert proficiency in project management information systems and tools.
  • Must be able to travel 25% onsite to our client in Tiverton, ON.

  • Proven experience in conflict resolution, vendor management, and negotiation techniques.
