As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to support the coordination and execution of multiple construction projects at various stages of completion in our Glazing division. This position supports the project team through effective coordination and management of assigned subcomponents within the overall project.

What You’ll Do
  • Coordinate daily activities and communication between project managers, field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
  • Maintain and track project schedules, progress updates, and key deliverables
  • Assist with preparing shop drawings, RFIs, change orders, and close-out documents
  • Support the preparation of submittals, warranties, schedules, and safety documentation
  • Help develop and maintain logistical plans, workflows, and job site coordination
  • Attend and contribute to internal and external project meetings
  • Track and update coordination reports, work plans, and documentation as needed
  • Ensure that materials and resources are scheduled and delivered on time
What You Bring to the Team
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with strong exposure to curtainwall, window wall, structural glazing, canopies, windows, doors, and railing systems
  • Education in a diploma program such as Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering or building science program is an asset
  • Hands‑on installation experience is an asset, especially in fast‑turnaround commercial projects
  • Experience in AutoCAD, MS office, Bluebeam or other estimating and take off programs
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Strong problem‑solving and time‑management skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Self‑starter with the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
