A professional consultancy firm is looking for a Project Controls Specialist to manage schedules on $50M+ commercial construction projects. This hybrid role, requiring relocation to Calgary, involves coordinating with stakeholders, verifying construction progress, and maintaining a strong focus on site safety. We're seeking a Project Controls Specialist to serve as owner's representative on $50M+ commercial construction projects. You'll manage the client's master schedule, validate contractor progress, and coordinate across GCs, vendors, and internal client teams on complex, long-duration projects (24+ months). This role requires independence, regular site presence, and the ability to challenge vendor claims while maintaining collaborative relationships.
Remote (Edmonton, AB) with regular travel to Calgary and project sites (Relocation to Calgary required within 2-3 years).
