Job Title: Project Manager / Project Architect (5+ Years Experience)
Location: Burlington County, NJ
Job Type: In-Office, Full-Time
Experience Level: Mid to Senior
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural projects through all phases: Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration
- Coordinate and communicate with Consultants, Code Officials, and Contractors
- Conduct site visits during construction phase and manage construction administration activities including submittal reviews, RFI reviews, punchlists, and allowance authorization/change order management
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Ensure quality and code compliance in design and documentation
- Support team collaboration
- Use industry-standard software (e.g., ArchiCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite) for design and documentation
Qualifications
- Professional degree in Architecture (B. Arch or M. Arch)
- Licensed Architect (not required)
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an architectural firm
- Proven experience managing projects and client relationships
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and technical detailing
- Knowledge of ArchiCAD is not required; additional software skills are a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
