Job Title: Project Manager / Project Architect (5+ Years Experience)

Location: Burlington County, NJ

Job Type: In-Office, Full-Time

Experience Level: Mid to Senior

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural projects through all phases: Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration
  • Coordinate and communicate with Consultants, Code Officials, and Contractors
  • Conduct site visits during construction phase and manage construction administration activities including submittal reviews, RFI reviews, punchlists, and allowance authorization/change order management
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
  • Ensure quality and code compliance in design and documentation
  • Support team collaboration
  • Use industry-standard software (e.g., ArchiCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite) for design and documentation

Qualifications

  • Professional degree in Architecture (B. Arch or M. Arch)
  • Licensed Architect (not required)
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in an architectural firm
  • Proven experience managing projects and client relationships
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and technical detailing
  • Knowledge of ArchiCAD is not required; additional software skills are a plus
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
