Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, DEC or AEC, Video production, media studies, communications or other studies involving media.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to multitask and troubleshoot effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate content delivery to clients (B2B) using a content distribution system.
  • Communicate with internal teams at Stingray.

We are currently looking for a Project and Delivery Coordinator to join our ContentOperations & Integrations Team. This position reports to the Team and Project Manager – ContentOperations & Integrations.

  • Coordinating content delivery to clients (B2B) using a content distribution system
  • Communicating with internal Stingray teams
  • Validate, sort and communicate client support requests with a team of Coordinators
  • Quality check audio and video of content being distributed
  • Collaborate with both content and technical programmers
  • Redirect and maintain delivery reports (Jira)
  • Update documents related to content deliveries when needed
  • Evaluate opportunities to improve the deliver processes
  • Support the Content team by creating EPG templates and delivery configurations for our external clients
  • B achelor’s degree, DECorAEC, Video production, media studies, communications or other studies involving media
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
  • Follow details meticulously

  • Independent and quick learning
  • Capable in communicating both written and orally in English and French
Nice-to-haves
  • Knowledge or interest in learning about common video terms (Glitch, blur, interlaced…)
  • Experience using transferring softwares, Aspera Client, Cloudberry
  • Knowledge or interest in learning about video specifications (Aspect ratio, Codecs, bitrate, file extensions…)
  • Knowledge of the EPG (Electronic Programming Guide) ecosystem
