What is Required
  • Minimum University Degree in Business Administration, Science, or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech or healthcare-related industries
  • Minimum 2 years of project or program management experience
  • Minimum 2 years of people management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of the pharmaceutical distribution industry
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Science or healthcare background is an asset
  • Experience in reimbursement considered an asset
  • RN/RPN designation may be required by specific programs
  • Strong client management experience is an asset
