Reporting to the Senior Director of Procurement Operations, the Tail Spend Program Manager, is responsible for developing and executing a strategic roadmap to consolidate vendor services in our long tail of low dollar spend. This contributor seeks to make an impact that matters, through data analytics and industry best practices, identify and develop solutions to challenge the current vendor spend.
This individual is constantly learning and adapting to the demands of the business and seeking out opportunities to improve our supply chain. Working closely with our sourcing and category teams, coordinating S2P process improvement tail spend projects through identification, solution business cases, people skill enhancements and AI system integrations to deliver enhancements to the S2P function.
This position requires an individual with a high degree of autonomy and a broad understanding of procurement and finance. An experienced person and project leader with effective communication skills and the ability to prioritize input from multiple sources. The successful candidate is constantly seeking the best solutions and implementing them in an effective and cost-effective way.
