The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Production Technician to join the team. This is a full-time, permanent role that’s perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands + takes pride in doing things right. The production team is primarily an experienced, older workforce, making this a great fit for someone who enjoys learning from and working alongside seasoned professionals

The Ideal Candidate
  • Reliable, responsible + hardworking
  • Good technical knowledge + excellent mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to read instructions represented in manuals, drawings, etc., and follow them with precision
Responsibilities
  • Follow instructions, manuals + drawings carefully to complete production tasks
  • Assemble + produce components using tools like CNC machines + laser engraving equipment
  • Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy + attention to detail
  • Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards
  • Keep accurate records of production quantities + timelines
  • Maintain a clean + organized work area
  • Work collaboratively with a small team while managing independent tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work + detail-focused tasks
  • Strong hand-eye coordination + mechanical aptitude
  • Reliable, responsible + able to work well independently or as part of a team
  • Previous experience in production or assembly is an asset but not required
  • Comfortable using tools + machinery (laser engraving, CNC lathe experience is a bonus)
  • Good communication skills (verbal + written)
  • Able to lift to 50-60 lbs.
  • High school diploma required; additional technical training is an asset
  • Must be willing to complete a criminal background check (renewed every 5 years)
