Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. We are looking for a Production Supervisor at our Spyhill Aggregates Site in Calgary, AB.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of aggregates
  • Supervise and coach unionized production teams to meet quality and productivity targets
  • Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Implement and uphold safety, environmental, and compliance standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
