Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. We are looking for a Production Supervisor at our Spyhill Aggregates Site in Calgary, AB.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead daily operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production of aggregates
• Supervise and coach unionized production teams to meet quality and productivity targets
• Monitor equipment and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime
• Implement and uphold safety, environmental, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
