We are looking for a Production Supervisor to join our evening shift team. Reporting to the Plant Manager, this is an opportunity to apply your leadership in assembly and production operations to a space where every project matters. You will manage day‑to‑day production operations by following plant policies, procedures, and processes and inspire and guide the work of a team.
This is a full‑time role, working Monday to Thursday with a 4:30 PM start (10‑hour shifts) and Fridays from 2:00–8:00 PM.
Strategic impact. In this role, your leadership directly influences safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets. You’ll be the bridge between strategy and execution – making decisions, solving problems, and ensuring assembly operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your contribution will drive measurable results and strengthen overall performance across the organization.
Healthier balance. During slower manufacturing period, you’ll have the space to think, plan, and build rather than operate in constant firefighting mode. About 60‑70% of your time will be dedicated to process improvement, giving you room to innovate, streamline, and make meaningful, lasting impact.
Supportive Leadership. You’ll be working under a leader known for developing his team, promoting from within, and empowering people to grow. The coaching style is supportive, hands‑on when needed, and focused on helping you succeed.
