QinetiQ Target Systems Canada (QTSC) is seeking a detail-oriented and mechanically inclined Production Operator to support the manufacturing, repair, and testing of uncrewed vehicle systems and support equipment. This hands-on role is essential to ensuring the quality and reliability of our products used in defence and training operations worldwide.

What You’ll Do
  • Assemble products and sub-assemblies according to build instructions, drawings, and quality standards
  • Conduct acceptance testing under the supervision of a Technologist
  • Perform inspections and quality checks throughout the production process
  • Operate machinery and perform routine maintenance
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Support engineering teams with documentation, test procedures, and draft reviews
  • Assist with incoming inspections in support of ISO 9001 Quality Management
  • Train new Production Operators as needed
  • Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015 requirements
  • Take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve
