Production Manager and Estimator – FFUN Collision Saskatoon

Permanent – Full Time

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

We’re on the lookout for top-tier talent to join us as our next Production Manager & Estimator—someone who’s more than just good at what they do. We want a natural leader with serious multitasking skills, someone who thrives on managing people, navigating repair orders, and isn’t afraid to dive into the financial side of a collision centre.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Use your Inspector Gadget eye to inspect vehicles and write damage appraisals
  • Manage staff, processes, and cycle times for repairs
  • Be a superstar communicator with adjuster, production staff, accounting, and customers regarding repair status
  • Work with GM on obtaining financial forecast obligations
  • Be the guru of customer service, especially when it comes to their satisfaction
  • Coordinate work processes with the technicians and other departments of the organization
  • Keep up with market trends and prices and competitor strategies
  • Follow automobile industry safety norms and standards
  • Coach and mentor staff within the facility and organize industry training standards.
  • Make evaluating reports for the establishment and attend the training process for new products
A great attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we're looking for:
  • Minimum two years working as a Collision Centre Estimator
  • Knowledge of SGI or other insurance partners’ processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, combined with the ability to interact and gain the support of senior leadership and other decision makers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities, perform a variety of tasks and meet required deadlines and targets.
  • A person who is a team player, of high integrity who is trusted by others and consistently honors their commitments.
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office. Highly skilled in standard office software (MS Office, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Must possess a valid driver's license.
