Your Impact

As Production Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our Kingston facility’s daily operations. You will:

  • Lead the production team to hit ambitious efficiency, safety, and quality targets
  • Build a culture of pride, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Champion GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, CFIA, and FDA standards
  • Optimize labour, equipment, and raw materials to maximize performance
  • Inspire and mentor your team, creating pathways for their growth and success
  • Partner across departments (QA, Supply Chain, Engineering, R&D) to launch new products and improve processes
  • Spearhead equipment commissioning, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in food science, Dairy Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in food, dairy, or infant nutrition manufacturing
  • A proven record of leading people, solving complex problems, and driving results
  • Deep knowledge of regulatory compliance (GMP, HACCP, CFIA, FDA)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, ERP, and MES systems (certifications are a plus)
