Production Coordinator – Overview

EA’s Information Technology (EAIT) team connects the company's global workforce, ensuring seamless collaboration and operational efficiency. IT supports diverse enterprise needs from game development to marketing and publishing with innovative solutions that foster creativity and productivity.

Location

Vancouver, Hybrid three days a week.

Responsibilities
  • Provide routine calendar support by owning recurring meeting invites and taking minutes as required.
  • Calendar support for senior leaders.
  • Organize quarterly team Town Hall meeting.
  • Support the Head of Operations as required (e.g. budget planning or project reporting activities).
  • Organize the onboarding of new hires to ensure account and equipment setups have been completed before they start, coordinate with Recruiting, HR, IT, and managers; provide orientation and initial introductions.
  • Assist with electronic purchase orders including computer hardware, software licenses, office supplies, and team SWAG.
  • Provide company procedure information to team members regarding purchasing, expenditures, travel, use of facilities, and equipment used.
  • Contract management.
  • Align with other Production Coordinators where consistency in approach is needed; provide back-up support when needed.
  • Organize in-person events for local staff.
  • Organize virtual events for distributed staff.
Qualifications

  • Proficiency in business productivity tools (e.g. Google suite).

Compensation and Benefits

Pay ranges (British Columbia): $58,500 - $76,500 CAD.

Benefits include vacation (3 weeks per year to start), 10 days per year of sick time, paid top-up to EI/QPIP benefits up to 100% of base salary when you welcome a new child (12 weeks for maternity, and 4 weeks for parental/adoption leave), extended health/dental/vision coverage, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plan to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
