Job description

Brandt is currently seeking a Product Support Representative located on-site in our Moncton Contact Centre for our overnight operations. This position will support our Agriculture, Construction & Forestry, and our Transportation divisions as part of a specialized team.

This position is responsible for placing customer orders throughout our network of locations spanning from coast to coast. Brandt has a rigorous and comprehensive training program to educate on products, terminology, and techniques necessary to succeed in this position.

The ideal candidate will be tech savvy and have the ability to quickly adapt to multiple web applications and technical programs and resources. Fluency in both French and English is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide pricing and inventory shipping times to customers
• Assisting customers by navigating multiple parts lookup programs
• Providing assistance for other Brandt field staff members
• Assisting customers in time sensitive situations
• Dealing with multiple vendors to provide the customers with various options
• Continuous training to maintain the highest level of service
• Assisting other departments to achieve a harmonious working environment
• Various other duties as assigned
