About the role
The Product Manager II, Upstream Marketing will be responsible for new product development efforts on the Access Solutions team, part of the Electrophysiology division. They will drive innovation in transseptal crossing products and access sheaths; as well as therapy sheaths and wires for use in FARAPULSE Pulsed Field Ablation (PFA) cases.
The role will require gathering KOL feedback, understanding market size and competitive market landscape, business inputs, and clinical needs across various geographies. The Product Manager II will bring a commercial voice to product development teams and develop business cases to support new product development. This person will then work closely with downstream commercial teams to advise, collaborate and support launch readiness plans in various geographies.
The Product Manager II will interact with physicians during limited market release, at Advisory Boards, Innovation Center visits, animal labs, and other KOL meetings to gather key feedback on development activities for new products and turn that feedback into action plans. They will work closely with a cross-functional team and will need to be able to manage multiple development projects in parallel.
