What is Required
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager for enterprise software solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent work experience; formal education in tax/accounting/finance desired
- Proven experience in product management, particularly in Indirect Tax solutions
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Some travel (5-10%) is required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Familiarity with Indirect Taxes and technologies supporting compliance and operations
- Previous work experience leading teams and projects within a software company
- Experience implementing Enterprise Software Applications and collaborating with Systems Integrators
- Knowledge of bug tracking and communication applications (e.g., ADO, SharePoint)
