The primary measure of success will be the ability to apply engineering knowledge and customer insights to drive equipment innovation that meets or exceeds market requirements, while effectively managing technical risks and supporting continuous product improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research on new industry trends and prepare detailed reports for decision‑making purposes.
  • Support the product manager by coordinating activities between different teams and stakeholders, setting timelines and milestones, and ensuring that development projects are completed within budget and on time.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for each product and produce regular reports.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization on all portfolio products.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with customers and partner companies.
  • Field requests from clients and coordinate within the product team to address their needs.
  • Other general office duties and ad‑hoc projects as assigned.

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast‑paced dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision in a cross‑functional team environment.
  • Capacity to prioritize and meet deadlines, understand business needs and objectives.
