What we're looking for

As a Product Designer, you'll join a cross-functional team helping travellers cross borders. You’ll be working on creating the most delightful visa application experience for international travellers. You’ll focus on truly customer‑centric design thinking and a demonstrable expertise in visualizing both digital and physical touchpoint solutions that support traveller’s journey. You’ll have passion for collaborating closely with partners (airlines, travel agents etc) and leaders across the organization to refine our thinking and best serve our customers.

Your work will be seen by millions of travellers a month from 193 countries. You will make travel simpler for passengers of national carriers like American Airlines, Air Canada, British Airways and more. It's an exciting design challenge.

What you can expect

• Work closely with product managers, engineers and customer support to improve the traveller's user experience.
• Demonstrate attention to detail in every aspect and a strong capacity for both logical and creative thinking. You are also comfortable dealing with ambiguous requirements that require creative investigation.
• Crafting user interfaces in Figma and building prototypes (traditional and AI) to show the end to end user experience.
• Participate in various stages of the design lifecycle: from ideation to research, prototyping, validation, and design.
• Partner with Product Managers to rapidly validate concepts prior to development.

You are a good fit if you

• Have 5-8+ years of experience working in a product design role
• Proven expertise in multiple areas of product design, including research, IA, visual and AI prototyping, etc.
• Experience with A/B testing
• Have a keen eye for usability and accessibility principles and creating great user experiences
• Experience or understanding of localization
• Demonstrated experience working on projects from discovery through to shipping/iteration
• You are a driver who takes ownership of ensuring a rewarding experience is being delivered to our users
• Present one or more case studies that showcase your impact on the product

Expected skills
