To ensure our partners achieve maximum success with the Nesto Mortgage Cloud, we are hiring Product Adoption & Enablement Specialists . Your role isn't just about writing manuals; it's about building the knowledge engine that drives user proficiency and reduces the friction between a new feature and full mastery.
Work location and time zone
We welcome applications from candidates located in Ontario or Quebec . This is a remote position, and core working hours are based on the Eastern Time Zone (EST). Additionally, we are looking for someone that has p rofessional-level fluency in both English and French, with the ability to draft technical content and lead business communications.
What success in this role looks like
You are the architect of our client facing educational ecosystem. Your success is measured by your ability to make our technology feel intuitive. This results in a world class self service knowledge base, high satisfaction scores on training, and a measurable decrease in "how-to" related support inquiries.
