About the role

As a Procurement Administrator within our REMS team, you'll play a pivotal role in reviewing and pre-qualifying new vendors, creating vendor profiles in Yardi, generating Service Contracts upon request, and routing them for appropriate signatures for execution. This position serves as a liaison between the Procurement team and other internal teams and requires strong knowledge of procurement policies and procedures. This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise to help us lead our industry into the future!

  • Review and pre-qualify new vendors to ensure compliance with our National Procurement Policy.
  • Create vendor profiles in Yardi and maintain accurate records in ContractorCheck.
  • Generate and process service contracts, routing for approvals and execution.
  • Conduct periodic audits to ensure policy compliance.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and monitor pre-qualification status.
  • Ensure all procurement documents and templates are version-controlled and communicated promptly.
What You'll Bring
  • Post-secondary education in a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of procurement administration experience.
  • Familiarity with Yardi Voyager and commercial real estate/property management (asset).
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and strong data entry capabilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage high volumes of work.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative, client-focused approach.
