Position Summary

The Print Specialist is responsible for coordinating day-to-day print operations on the production floor. This role focuses on ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all printing projects. The Print Specialist works closely with the Print Supervisor to maintain organized workflows, meet deadlines, and uphold quality standards.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Adhere to daily print schedules and prioritize jobs to ensure timely completion.
  • Perform detailed quality control checks at each stage of production.
  • Follow proper procedures and standards in accordance with Standard Work.
  • Maintain accurate records of print runs, materials, and production logs.
  • Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance standards on the floor.
  • Communicate with Lead to address scheduling, material needs, and job requirements.
  • Identify workflow issues and escalating them to the Print Lead as needed.

  • Experience in print production or a related manufacturing field.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance.
  • Solid understanding of printing equipment, workflows, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Prior lead or supervisory experience is preferred but not required.
  • Must be 21+ years of age.
  • Must be able to pass all background checks and drug screenings as required by the state.
