  • You are responsible for preparing quality deliverables, overseeing data collection, compilation, interpretation, and reporting for phased environmental site assessments, remediation, and site monitoring

  • You will be responsible for proposal preparation, including development of work plans, schedules, and cost estimates for senior review
What You'll Bring To WSP

  • Self-motivated, willing to be flexible and nimble, and able to think outside the box
  • A bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geoscience, or related discipline
  • Professional designation registered in BC such as a PEng, PGeo, PAg, PChem, or an RPBio or able to obtain shortly
  • A minimum of ten years of experience in environmental consulting, and prior experience with contaminated sites and/or mine closure
  • Extensive field and site experience with strong health and safety focus
  • Proficient project management skills including budgeting and scheduling activities
  • Good understanding and application of contaminated sites investigation methods and environmental legislation in BC
  • Clear and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
  • A strong work ethic and can work with minimal supervision
  • Clean Driver’s Abstract, and are willing to travel on occasion
Compensation

Salary range (in British Columbia): $55,400 to $88,400

The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. The salary range provided in this job posting may be subject to change for business purposes.
