Job Description

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for responding to our customers’ needs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Receive and manage customer calls.
  • Place customer orders and coordinate with shipping staff from different functional units to provide the information needed for efficient management of operations.
  • Ensure effective communication between the company’s operational departments (technical services, credit, and operations) in relation to customer requests.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding the company’s products and services.
  • Follow up with clients.
  • Prepare offers.
  • Manage client files.
  • Perform all other related tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • High school diploma.
  • Bilingualism is essential (English and French) to meet Canadian‑level demands.
  • 1 to 3 years in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Mail, and Google Drive.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Customer‑centric approach.
  • Autonomy, initiative and flexibility.
  • Well organized.

Work Environment

Temporary contract of indefinite duration, with the possibility of becoming permanent. Full‑time position; Monday to Friday, 08:00 a.m. – 04:30 p.m. The incumbent spends most of their time in an office environment and may need to sit for extended periods while working on the telephone and/or computer and interacting with staff and clients.
