Job description

Manage the operations and workflow of the Intelligence Team and establish priorities in close coordination with Marketing and Practice Leadership. Connect data-driven insights to practice needs, trends, and themes to inform business and marketing strategies. Drive the development of data platforms and associated processes to make firmwide data reliable and accessible across the firm.

Strategy & Leadership
  • Partner with marketing leadership and firmwide practice and discipline leaders to identify intelligence priorities
  • Connect market intelligence to trends within different practices to inform the priorities of marketing, business development, and communications.
  • Collaborate with Practice and Studio leadership to advance the capture of completed project data.
  • Oversee team workload based on firmwide priorities in partnership with marketing leadership
  • Support strategic planning processes with data-driven recommendations
  • Act as a liaison and primary point of contact for specific practices and/or disciplines.
Client & Business Impact
  • In partnership with the Market Intelligence Manager, translate complex data into actionable strategic recommendations for internal teams and clients
  • Present insights to the Executive Team, MOD teams, Firmwide Practice and Discipline Leaders, and Client Executives.
  • Support business development efforts with intelligence-backed proposals and presentations
Innovation & Capability Building
  • Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies in business intelligence
  • Champion adoption of new analytical tools and data sources
  • Track content performance and engagement metrics to optimize future materials
  • Build external partnerships with data providers and technology vendors in collaboration with Information Technology.
Required Qualifications
  • Undergraduate or master's degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in business intelligence, marketing, or strategic consulting
  • Strong background in design, architecture, or creative industries preferred
  • Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Experience working with global, cross-functional teams

Depending on the location, the annual pay salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $125,000, commensurate with qualifications.
