A leading architecture and design firm in Toronto is seeking an experienced business intelligence leader to manage their operations and workflow. The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience in business intelligence or strategic consulting, a strong background in creative industries, and expertise in data visualization tools. This role involves translating complex data into strategic recommendations and supporting business development efforts. A competitive salary range of $100,000 to $125,000 is offered.
Manage the operations and workflow of the Intelligence Team and establish priorities in close coordination with Marketing and Practice Leadership. Connect data-driven insights to practice needs, trends, and themes to inform business and marketing strategies. Drive the development of data platforms and associated processes to make firmwide data reliable and accessible across the firm.

Depending on the location, the annual pay salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $125,000, commensurate with qualifications.
