Job description

The Centre for Planetary Health and Sustainable Care at Dalhousie University invites applications for a Postdoctoral Fellow (PDF) for a one-year position (with possibility for renewal). The PDF will work with a multidisciplinary team on a CIHR-funded project to characterize associations between urban environmental quality and birth outcomes. The position is available immediately and the position is expected to start as early as possible (Fall 2025).

The Centre for Planetary Health and Sustainable Care is an interdisciplinary research and training environment committed to exploring the complex interconnections between human health, environmental sustainability, and equitable care systems. We conduct research and education that addresses critical global challenges, fostering solutions that promote the wellbeing of both people and the planet.

The Postdoctoral Fellow will work with a larger national team led by Dr. Daniel Rainham and will be based at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia (www.dal.ca ).
