- Must complete all Atria specified training programs.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations with two-digit numbers and currency, weight, volume, and distance measurements.
- Handle standardized situations with minimal variables.
- Work various schedules and shifts as needed.
- Safely use basic maintenance and landscape tools, such as shovels, rakes, mowers, drills, saws, and buffers.
- Work with caustic materials and cleaning equipment, understanding safety instructions in English to prevent injuries.
- Provide cleaning services for offices, apartments, and community areas to maintain a neat and attractive environment.
- Perform floor care for carpet, tile, and wood floors, including vacuuming, buffing, sealing, and stripping.
- Remove trash and debris from community areas.
- Maintain grounds, including sidewalks, walkways, stairways, building exteriors, and gardens.
- Assist with basic maintenance requests.
- Mow lawns, trim shrubs, and cultivate flowers as per community needs.
- Report repairs and unsafe conditions promptly to management.
- Ensure accuracy and thoroughness in work.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
