Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in P&C Insurance (Personal Lines) and underwriting guidelines.
  • Previous team lead or senior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of policy administration platforms and legacy system migration.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a personal lines conversion team responsible for policy conversion activities.
  • Monitor internal support queue for adherence to established SLAs.
  • Review work completed by the team for accuracy and consistency.
  • Onboard new team members and provide ongoing training.
  • Identify and support continuous process improvements.
