A financial services regulator in Ontario seeks a Strategic Policy team member to provide senior policy advice and expertise. The role includes developing and evaluating policies and programs, conducting research, and supporting senior management objectives. Candidates should have strong analytical skills and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, along with 3 to 5 years of experience in policy analysis, preferably within the financial sector. As a member of the Strategic Policy team, the position is accountable for providing senior policy advice, and expertise in the research, analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation of policies and programs in alignment with FSRA’s strategic objectives.
