Qualifications

  • High School Diploma with 4 years of related experience, policing preferred.
  • Post-secondary education or certificate in Emergency Communications is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Criminal Code, Municipal Bylaws, and Traffic Safety Act.

Responsibilities

  • Assist watch members to monitor and update operational occurrences.
  • Receive calls and create operational files on investigations.
  • Monitor email queues for member requests and documents.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work with minimal supervision
