Job summary

A global digital transformation leader is seeking a Polarion Expert in Montreal to expand its PLM/ALM team. You will manage the Polarion platform, define standards, implement upgrades, and provide training. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 4 years of experience with the Polarion solution, and good communication skills in both English and French. Description

A global leader in digital transformation, Techso is a fast-growing company offering consulting services in three niches of expertise: technology infrastructure management (IT), specific application development (DEV) and product lifecycle management (PLM). Founded in 2014, Techso has built a reputation for the quality of its projects delivered to prestigious customers in various sectors such as automotive, aerospace, events, watchmaking, finance and many others.

Techso is looking to expand its PLM/ALM team. You will work as a Polarion expert to meet the needs of our customers based in Canada.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the Polarion platform (rights, licenses, project settings, error codes, equipment, etc.)
  • Define Polarion standards and configure the ALM system for the entire organization
  • Implement technical evolutions: security patches, version upgrades, automations, add-on module integrations
  • Test deployments in a controlled environment before going into production
  • Participate in documentation and user training on the tools
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical/aeronautical engineering, computer science or information systems
  • At least 4 years' professional experience with the Polarion solution
  • Good understanding of requirements engineering, change management and risk management
  • Ability to evolve in an Agile environment
  • Good communication skills in English and French, both written and spoken, as some of your customers will be English or French-speaking
