Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned branches within the territory.
• Generate renewal reporting from ERP system.
• Run profitability reports by customer/agreement.
• Distribute renewal letters/agreements and follow up.
• Update customer information in Vista.

Skills

Strong typing skills with excellent attention to detail

Ability to multi-task

Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs

Experience in ERP/Data Management

Previous customer service experience

Bilingual in French and English

Education

Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration or related field
