What You’ll Do:

• Residential new home rough-ins, finishing, and inspections

• Diagnose plumbing issues and perform residential service work

• Work independently to manage jobs from start to finish

• Train and mentor apprentices

• Communicate with builders, suppliers, and supervisors as needed to ensure project completion

What We’re Looking For:

• Journeyman Plumber (Red Seal or equivalent residential experience)

• Strong initiative, accountability, and leadership skills

• Ability to work independently and assess job needs accurately

• Comfortable supervising an apprentice

• Driver’s license with clean abstract

• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol and criminal record check
