The Manager of Clinic Services is a Physiotherapist accountable for creating a clinic environment that exemplifies CBI Health purpose, values and client promise. Reporting to the Area Manager, the Manager of Clinic Services is responsible for effectively coaching, mentoring, and engaging clinical and non-clinical team members while building and deepening partnerships in the community and maintaining a clinical caseload. The Manager of Clinic Services leads the clinic in delivering outstanding client experience and consistently leads and executes effective and efficient clinical programs, ensuring successful attainment of clinical excellence and associated business outcomes.
