Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and instruction
- Communicate regularly with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate patient records and progress notes
- Collaborate with other clinicians and staff
- Contribute to the clinic’s success through teamwork and professionalism
Qualifications
- A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of employment
- Strong clinical skills
