A leading healthcare facility in Toronto is seeking a temporary full-time Pharmacist to support its Pharmacy department. The role involves providing medication distribution and drug information to patients and working collaboratively with the healthcare team. Ideal candidates should hold a Baccalaureate degree in Pharmacy, a license to practice in Ontario, and have hospital experience. Job Type: Temporary Full Time (up to 9 months)
The Pharmacist will be responsible for providing medication distribution, drug information and education services to patients and staff in a traditional dispensing system. You will be involved in interacting with other interprofessional team members and patients to determine the most appropriate and effective course of treatment for patients and implement interventions in accordance with the standards of practice for the discipline.
