About the Role:

HealthOPM is seeking compassionate Personal Support Workers (PSWs) to join our team in a culturally focused retirement home in Aurora, ON. This facility primarily serves the Chinese community, and we welcome candidates who speak Cantonese or Mandarin or have knowledge of Chinese customs and dietary preferences.

What Youll Do:

Assist with personal care and daily living activities

Provide emotional support and companionship

Monitor and report health or behavior changes

Support mobility, hygiene, and mealtime routines

Collaborate with nursing staff and care team

Ensure accurate charting and follow care plans

Participate in infection control and safety procedures

Requirements:

Valid PSW Certification (Ontario)

Vulnerable Sector Check (within 1 year)

TB test clearance

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Experience with dementia care, GPA/NVCI (asset)
