In-Home Assisted Living Inc. is seeking compassionate, caring, and reliable individuals to join as Caregivers/Personal Support Workers (PSWs) for clients in Toronto. The work setting is within private homes, with shifts on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 am to 9 pm. The location is at Adelaide St. E. & Jarvis, Downtown.

As an IHAL employee, you will make a difference in our clients' lives through compassionate, client-focused care.

How you will spend your days:

• Basic Meal Preparation
• Assistance with personal care, hygiene, and grooming (ADLs)
• Light Housekeeping (vacuuming, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Medication Reminders
• Assisting clients with mobility, ambulation, and transfers
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Responding to emergency situations
• Completing daily shift reports for Case Managers

Success in this role:

• Personal Support Worker Certificate
• Foreign Nurse
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification (Preferred)
• Mobile phone (for timesheets and care plan updates)
• Documentation skills
• Ability to follow client care plans
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills
