This role requires at least 5 years of management experience and strong knowledge of Personal Lines insurance. The Personal Lines Service Manager is a key leadership role responsible for strengthening frontline support, enhancing team connection, and ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across McFarlan Rowlands’ Personal Lines operations. Reporting to the Director of Personal Lines, this role works closely with PL Operations, Sales, Underwriting, Training, Private Client leadership, HR, and Branch Managers.
Salary Range: $80,000-$95,000
