About The Position:

• Manage and grow an existing book of personal lines clients (home & auto)

• Maintain professional client interactions with a high level of accountability and independence

Job Requirements:

• Level 2Alberta license
• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in personal lines (home and auto)
• Strong self-starter with a high level of accountability and maturity
• Adaptable to a flexible work environment with limited structure or hierarchy
• Experience in smaller organizations preferred; not ideal for those needing strict structure or seniority-based progression

Benefits:

• $70,000 – $95,000 base salary depending on experience
